Year in Brides 2021

Congratulations to all of our beautiful brides from 2021. This year took us from right in our own back yard to Rhode Island, Maryland, and beyond. Melissa (above) and Stuart were married at Kiawah River, right outside of Charleston. Gorgeous spring weather provided a quintessential Lowcountry wedding day.

Mary Elizabeth and Jonathan were married in a very small family ceremony back in 2020 during Covid. But, we traveled back to Florence, SC and her family home to have a redo in front of all the friends and family.

Katherine and Louis had a special surprise visitor to their Rhode Island wedding, a hurricane. Not in 30+ years had a hurricane hit, but of course, being from the Lowcountry we were prepared and the winds picked up as the last box was loaded onto our trucks.

Back at one of our favorite tried and true spots, Erin and Ryan celebrated beach front with their many guests. Stay tuned for her feature post, as their ceremony had people pulling over to take photos. The historic church where they married outside had never been set that way before and it was a show stopper.

Desiree and Jimmy had an amazingly elegant soiree at the Potomac, Maryland home of her long time tennis instructor.

Our beautiful bride, Elizabeth celebrated with an amazing fall fete on the banks of the Ashley River at Runnymede. With a ceremony under the grand oaks, and dinner and dancing in custom tents, we can’t wait to show you the details of the big day.
