Palmetto Bluff

I’m so excited to be able to share these photos from our May 2010 wedding at Palmetto Bluff. I wanted to show them in montage form through the eyes of our photographer, Liz Banfield, but I will try to break out some detail shots and update posts throughout the week… stay tuned!

Tara’s Tidbits

Being from horse country myself, I felt right at home in Lexington, Kentucky this past weekend (except that it was freezing cold with snow)! What a beautiful place! I can just imagine the sort of events that I could design there!

Pictured with the famous kentucky derby winner, Giacomo, nipping at my shoulder, Kentucky Bride’s Jacki Allen and my new BFF, the most fabulous photographer, Elizabeth Messina. Adena Springs in the Snow and another famous horse behind the fence, Ghostzapper.
Thank you Kenutcky for the warm southern welcome. I so enjoyed myself and look forward to coming back!  tara…

  1. Ahhh… I just love every clean white and elegant gold detail of the Palmetto Bluffs wedding! What an amazing and perfectly intimate event it was!

  2. Hi Tara, I love Palmetto Bluff. My parents have a home in Hilton Head, SC and I visited there a couple of months ago for the very first time. It is such a unique, quaint, and beautiful location for a wedding. I love the simplicity of the church and that it welcomes people of all faith. Beautiful photos and I am a huge fan of your work. Thank you for sharing this amazing location. Best wishes in the new year.
