Well hello Friday! Wow, this week flew by. I think it’s because we spent the beginning of the week in NYC with the Chapel Design Group. While there Tara and I were able to walk the streets for a bit on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. This is something we try to do often to get new ideas for events. You never know where you will see something that could inspire an entire design! It could be the smallest bead, piece of jewelry or pottery…anything! We were so fortunate to have Liz Banfield tag along with us for the day. Of course you know, where ever Liz goes, she always brings her camera! She snapped a few shots of the shopping festivities. I thought you might want to see how much we research new ideas for our clients!
Of course we have to start the day with tea and dim sum
Just picking up a few trinkets in Little China Town
We thought this ottoman “faux” hanging with rope was a cool centerpiece to this store.
Tara really liked these delicate little glasses for a photo shoot coming up
I think I may have been the only person in white jeans in NYC…stuck out like a sore Southern thumb
Who said Men couldn’t rock bouquets and 13 pieces of flair buttons? This guy looks pretty good
See? Tara took notice in him!
Stopping to smell the flowers.
Have you ever laid down on a Hastens bed? They are said to be the finest in the world and let me tell you, they are heaven. I never thought I would love a mattress so much. This picture is me, truly happy.
