We’ve found over the years that personalizing and getting creative with the seating card displays at our events has been a fun thing for our clients and their guests. Today, we’re sharing some of our favorites. All of these photos are from Liz Banfield.
For a fall plantation wedding, we constructed a tree under a tent in the cocktail hour area, and had an attendant there to help guests find their names.
For this glowing winter wedding, we had laser cut paper calligraphied with guests’ names and table numbers and wrapped candle cylinders displayed in bookcases for them to pick up. They served as the backdrop for the cocktail hour bar.
For the couple who were avid golfers and golf course owners, golf towels were embroidered with guests’ names and golf ball table numbers were attached.
Guests could find their names and table numbers printed on cards suspended by our candle chandelier.
The glamour bride wanted chandeliers incorporated throughout the wedding, so we die cut chandelier seating cards and hung them from a cluster of real chandeliers as they headed into the dinner tent.
For a garden themed wedding, we grew boxes of grass, and calligraphied names on copper planter signs and guests found their names in our garden boxes!
For a butterfly loving bride – calligraphied butterflies looked as if they were landing on a log in the forest.
