I love putting together our posts for Wedding Wednesday. Revisiting our past events helps me plan and design for future weddings. This seaside soiree took place at The Cloister in Sea Island, GA. Stephen Karlisch shot the big day for us.

The Spanish architecture at the Cloister is truly spectacular and offers a spectacular backdrop for weddings.
The wedding paperwork by Lettered Olive was simple and sophisticated keeping a formal touch for the black tie affair.
Guests found their place cards tied to different seashells.
We covered the floor in the formal ballroom with a white carpet to allow for our color scheme to dominate. A long table allowed for guests to enjoy dining together.
A simple ruffled cake adorned with flowers was anchored by a monogrammed banner and an arrangement of handblown glass candlesticks.
A shoe check station was set up for guests wanting to ditch the high heels on the dance floor.
As the bride and groom departed fireworks ignited along their route in celebration. Lettered Olive created two die cut starfish “Just Married” signs…
