Happy Monday y’all! What started as a small baked good for her son’s christening, Caroline Ragsdale Reutter of Caroline’s Cakes has turned the baking industry upside down with the huge demand for her 7-Layer Carmel Cake.
This delicacy had long been a Southern staple in any hostess’s reperotoire. Caroline’s is so popular that she ships all over the world! We are fortunate enough to have her settled in the upstate of SC so we can get easy access to her cakes. Recently we did a fundraising event for the Gibbes Museum and Caroline so graciously donated a miniature version of her fabulous cakes as favors for each guest! With their lovely packaging these mini confections were received with high praise. Her team shared some photos with us on the production and assembly of them. They looked so good we had to share with you…get ready for your mouth to water!
That looks so delicious!
WOW!
Tara,
How kind of you! It was so much fun being a part of the Carolyne Roehm event at The Gibbs. What a beautiful job you did down to the pleated under hangings of the tent to the blue and white vases on the tables filled with snowball verbena. I hope we have the chance to work on something else together. You make it such fun. Happy Easter!
Caroline
Thank you Caroline! I appreciate all of your kind words. It was fun! Looking forward to working with you again on Anne’s wedding in October. Hope you have a lovely Easter as well!
My mom ordered a cake from Caroline’s Cakes for her 50th birthday and it was amazing. If anyone has the opportunity to try her cakes, I definitely recommend it.
