The days of a traditional registry book are over! Knowing that old book will collect dust on a shelf, our brides are asking for fun, creative ways for their guests to leave their mark on the wedding days. We love figuring out new ideas for them! Here are just a few we’ve done in the past. Hopefully these will inspire you to think outside the book!
We had a Soirette man a camera and snap photos of the guests. She put them in a bound book and guests could sign beside their photo!
This couple was involved in politics. To play on that we had guests “cast their vote” and place in the ballot box!
This bride’s maiden name is “Rice” so we cleverly filled the bottom of bowls with white rice and penned “Grains of Wisdom” in calligraphy to ask guests to leave their thoughts!
A custom drawn “family tree” was the perfect place for guests to ink their finger and leave their print as leaves.
Charleston related coffee table books have lots of good space inside for guests to write a note to the bride and groom. Afterwards the couple can use in their own home!
These vino lovers brought their own magnum of wine to the wedding! Guests used paint pens and signed their names. On a special anniversary this bottle will be opened!
The beach setting for this wedding inspired us to fill glass jars with small shells. Guests were encouraged to leave “waves of wisdom” for the bride and groom.
Our butler card table did double duty acting as the sign in as well!
A beautiful glass canister is all you really need to dress up your cards…
Taking from this couple’s bold color scheme, we custom printed paper to wrap around this hurricane vase. We edged cards in the same pattern to have guests write on.
Such great variations on a guest book!
