They are a labor of love for us, but guest “welcome” bags are also a hit with all of our brides and guests! We try to feature local treats as much as possible, or something relative to the actual event, and always try to come up with some type of clever packaging. All of the labels, stickers, and tags are all custom designed and printed by us to pertain to that particular bride!

For this one, we had custom boxes printed in a pattern that we used throughout the entire wedding. Since it was in Charleston and at the beach, we filled it with cookies (bikinis and trunks), a book with a whimsical detail of Charleston history, and water bottles with custom stickers we print ourselves.

Our bride got married at her parent’s home in Georgia under a huge Post Oak Tree in her front yard. We had that Post Oak image embroidered on canvas totes, then we filled it with Roasted Georgia Pecans, Homemade Cheese Straws, bottled waters with custom labels, custom printed mints (we made a M and W logo, which were the first letters of the last names of the couple, that we used throughout the wedding), custom printed “roadie” cups, and a custom logo printed sewing kit.

The guest booklet of information on this one, had a sticker on the front with the welcome letter from the bride and groom, and then each icon corresponded with the information on each page- cute knife and fork for local dining, bus for the transportation information, etc. It was even pocket sized!

This wedding took place on Sea Island, Georgia… We used a seagrass/jute tote so that guests could use it as a beach bag, and filled it with a locally printed magazine and visitor’s guide, koozies with the bride and groom logo, boiled peanuts (famous in Georgia), coconut Macaroons that are made by The Cloister, custom bottled waters, and an Emergency Kit: individual packages of asprin, printed mint tins, and mini sunscreen tubes printed with their logo and names.

One of my favorite ones yet- we found canvas travel shoe bags from Twelve NYC in the wedding colors- this was something guests actually got to pack and take home with them! Archepelago makes a scented candle called “Charleston” so we included mini candle tins with custom logo printed match boxes, plus an “ER Kit” with rolaids, asprin, mending kit, etc. We have a lady locally that bakes and makes from scratch alot of our food items- like the Rosemary Roasted Cashews, benne seed wafers (long time Charleston treat)- they are TO DIE FOR! For bird and branched themed bride- we did homemade Pralines in glassine bags, sweet and savory toasted pecans, Southern Cheddar Biscuits (these are heaven your mouth, we call them Crack Biscuits in the office, b/c you definitely are hooked the first time you eat them), and a fabulous local magazine and visitor’s guide. We used a natural fiber “travel” tote bag, so that guests could carry it around town, or easily on the plane home…
