It’s Wedding Wednesday here at the Bon Bon Blog, and I thought I would share some bouquet inspirations today. A bride’s bouquet choice often sets the tone of the entire wedding…Traditional white hues or vibrant colors? Dainty garden roses or lush peonies? Tied with satin or pinned with an heirloom brooch? Whatever the combination, I love seeing a bride’s personal style showcased in a custom arrangement. Here are just a few of my favorites:

Happy Monday! Today marks officially 1 week until school starts back here in Charleston. With two young boys you know what that means…back to school shopping! Now I know I am supposed to be shopping for the kids, but I couldn’t help wishing I could do a little shopping for myself when I came across these fantastic laptop bags by Charleston local Alesya Opelt. Tired of chunky clunky laptop bags, this savvy lady set out to design a new bag that would complement her wardrobe…not bring it down. Well, I think she hit the mark. The Alesya Bag is the perfect accessory to start the new school year or make you excited to get back in the office!

The bag comes in three colors. My favorite is the Kelly Green!

Happy Friday Y’all! I know we usually do a fabulous find on Fridays, but I couldn’t resist sharing this adorable party for our little friend Adam. First birthdays are definitely a time to celebrate and we were so excited to work with Adam’s mom to create an amazing backyard fete! Adam’s favorite show, Sesame Street, set the tone for carnival games, delicious food from Caviar & Bananas, and of course, a birthday cake by Jim Smeal that even Cookie Monster would love. A big thanks to our new friends over at Bump Smitten for featuring this event on their blog. We appreciate it!

All the fun was captured by Gayle Brooker. Here are some of my favorites!

Custom letterpress invitations by The Lettered Olive were delivered by to guests’ doors by Big Bird and Elmo themselves!
