I’ve always said I love a seated dinner reception. It not only is the best experience for your guests being able to sit and enjoy a fabulous meal served to you while socializing with old or new friends; but, it also allows us to showcase lovely attention to detail. Here are some of our favorite place settings.
I had such a blast getting to know Eddie Ross this weekend at The Southern C summit. Down from Connecticut, I’m convinced he’s actually a Southerner at heart. We chatted about local antique stores that he shopped and the secret gardens of Charleston. We also bonded over the fact that his culinary and catering background lead him into his entertaining and design career.
