Fabulous Finds Friday – Marysia Swim

Happy Friday Y’all….it’s the weekend and it’s a holiday weekend.  I’m sure many of you will be spending time at the beach this weekend and you know what that means – it’s “swim suit season”!  The Bon Bon fabulous finds is Marysia Swim!  I’m a huge fan of Marysia Swim and I was so excited to get a sneak peek of the 2012 collection.  I also want to share with you that I had the opportunity to guest blog over at Marysia Swim earlier this week, so make sure you head over to check out my feature.  Have a wonderful weekend everyone and enjoy the holiday!

Fabulous Finds Friday – Proud Mary Textiles

Happy Friday Everyone and I hope you are ready for the weekend!  Have you all heard of Proud Mary Textiles?  Well, if you haven’t, here’s a little information on the company:

“Proud Mary was started in 2008 when owner, Harper Poe returned from volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in South America. After falling deeply in love with the indigenous peoples and brightly colored textiles she decided to combine her passions into a sustainable design business promoting social change. By providing a global exploration of textiles, Proud Mary, supports and empowers global artisans and their families while celebrating their beautiful work!”

I love their story and their products are so beautiful.  I especially love the handbags, all the ladies at Soirée carry them and it’s wonderful to know that at Proud Mary Textiles, a percentage of their sales are donated to a non-profit in the country of origin that focuses on education initiatives.  Make sure you check out their site for more information and here are a few of my favorites from the collection over at  Proud Mary Textiles.

Fabulous Finds Friday – Shabd

Hi everyone and Happy Friday!  Our “Fabulous Finds” today is all about fashion.  Have you heard of Shabd?  She’s an AMAZING  self-taught designer and I love her usage of new patterns with old ones.  Shabd has brought the art of tie-dye to the forefront of fashion and did you know, Shabd taught Martha Stewart how to tie-dye!  Please take a moment to visit her beautiful collection – the fabrics are seriously GORGEOUS!  I think you’ll love it as much as I do!
