We have many brides that are seeking something new and different beyond a string quartet, dj, or live dance band to play a special song or tribute to someone or something on their wedding day. Maybe it’s a piece from their heritage or a type of musician they were exposed to growing up.  At any rate, we love helping bring these wishes to reality.  Here are just some of the interesting variations we have been lucky to work with over the years.

It’s Friday!  I’m sure that means there are many rehearsal dinners happening all over tonight. Here are some pics by Corbin Gurkin from a simple but lovely beach front rehearsal party we did at Kiawah Island. Stay tuned to the Bon Bon Blog for the details from this gorgeous wedding next week!

Today I’m sharing my top 5 choices from one of my favorite weddings trends to come along in years- the Little White Dress.  The Little White Dress is a must have for rehearsal dinners, reception dress, engagement parties, or even to take on the honeymoon for a night out. Wear it again on your 1st anniversary date!

The “Imogen” -part of the Alex Perry pre order on Moda Operandi, is my most favorite dress that I have seen in years! I’m obsessed.

This Chloe lace shift dress available at Barney’s can fit in any locale, season, and flattering on many body types, plus it’s knock down drag out fabulous.

Beatrice-Kate McDonald Bridal

The Beatrice, from local Charleston designer, Kate McDonald Bridal. The jeweled bib on this means some fab shoes and simple earrings would be all you need for a complete look!

Love Love Love this “First Love” dress from Reem Acra at Shopbop. So ethereal but still sophisticated!

And for the bride that likes to stay on trend, this Monique Lhuillier Paige lace jumpsuit is perfect for dancing, and the send off photos  in this would be magazine worthy!
