Happy Monday!  Here is a roundup for some upcoming events in Charleston and nearby that we are excited about!  First up is the Party for the Parks. This is always a good time! This circus-sized event features a live auction, open bars and cocktail stations, circus treats provided by top local restaurants, thrilling performances, live music–including local band, Sol Driven Train, a menagerie of eccentric entertainers, and much, much more! All proceeds from this event directly benefit the mission of the Charleston Parks Conservancy in over 25 public parks. Click here for tickets.

Charleston’s thriving artist community is producing so much young talent, which means there are so many shows and galleries popping up… Here is one we’re excited to check out.

Speaking of Art, our local  Gibbes Musuem of Art has reopened after a rennovation with new collections, and a fresh new event space. Perfect little garden and courtyard for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, etc.

Mountains

Here we are transitioning out of summer into the Fall wedding season. In many locales, the fall season by way of calendar starts before temperatures do. For an early fall wedding in Colorado, we created a guest welcome bag that used items with a seasonal feel that but that friends and family could transition throughout the year.

His and her S’well bottles in a wood grain look like fall but are perfect for year round, E.R. kits in canvas pouches offered guests everything needed to enjoy their mountain surroundings, and how cute are these custom embroidered fly fishing hats?

AG2017-Overview-080816

I’m so thrilled to head back to Nashville, one of my favorite Southern cities, to be a part of the Antiques and Garden show of Nashville.  I can’t wait to reconnect with Nate Berkus (I did a segment on his talk show many years back), and Robert Leleux (whom I met through the Southern C Summit here in Charleston). I’ll also be doing a book signing on Saturday, February 4th.
